View of Loevestein Castle — Storia e analisi
Albert Cuyp, più anziano di Roghman di sette anni, ha qui rappresentato anche il Castello di Loevestein da una distanza. A differenza del castello di Roghman nascosto alla vista dagli alberi, Cuyp ha disegnato il tetto a capanna che si erge sopra la vegetazione bassa. I pescatori in primo piano conferiscono alla scena un carattere aneddotico.
