Of One Heart — 歴史と豆知識
コルネリス・クルースマンは、イタリアの芸術への愛から「イタリアのクルースマン」と呼ばれることがありました。ローマ（1821-1825）での時間を過ごした後、彼はイタリアから学んだ理想化されたスタイルでオランダで活動しました。この民族衣装を着た若い音楽家のトリオは、その良い例です。このギャラリーにある『敬虔』とは対照的に、クルースマンが『一つの心』を描いた時には、彼はほぼオランダのリアリズムを放棄していました。
