Czech, 1822–1844
Joseph Zahradniczek was an Austrian landscape painter, lithographer, and graphic artist, active from 1822 to 1844. He was often referred to as "Joseph Zahradniczek the Younger," distinguishing him from an older namesake who sometimes signed his works as "Jos. Zahradniczek senior." Many works attributed to the younger Zahradniczek were occasionally misattributed to the elder.
